It's easy

Reply to feedback with our outgoing channels.

Email.: We offer a dedicated email address you can share with your users (or just add as a mailto: shortcut). Emails will be routed directly to the dashboard. The user's email address is not revealed, and we purge it from our systems once you send your reply.
Fediverse (Mastodon).: By connecting your Fediverse (Mastodon) account, we will route all your notifications as separate feedback reports. You can reply to reach from the FeedbackBulb dashboard, and we will post your reply back to the Fediverse (Mastodon).
